I joined in the knitted department. I was following LACOSTE to develop their LINE plan FW19, SS20 and FW20. As an intern, I learnt how to make the trims card and make a copy to Lacoste. That makes me learn to be a detail-oriented person. I gained the chance to visit the factory in mainland China and familiarised the entire production line. I also participated in quality checking meetings, understood that the brand's products have to go through multiple processes before the sales of goods in the retail shops.

This is a very famous and busy café, I need to work closely with my colleagues that I feel I have excellent communication skills for colleagues and customers. My main responsibility is to maintain a good quality of service, to provide quality beverages, even I think it is works of art for customers, including Latte Arts, Roasting coffee beans and introduce the flavors of different beans.

 

 

Full-time Barista at Starbucks coffee

I worked in Starbucks coffee at Gala Place after DSE, there is a flagship store in Starbucks Reserve. I was surprised to learn different coffee knowledge, like the different methods of brewing coffee, operation of an espresso machine, siphon, pour-over and coffee pressing.
